Kenneth Lanning. Born June 11th 1980 in Pikeville Kentucky. Started training as a DJ in 1997 with Local mobile DJ and Karaoke Host “Wild” Bill Rowan in Elyria Ohio. Then trained with Local DJ and Karaoke Host JMY-T. Given the Name DJ Weasel Because I had apparently “Weaseled my way into the business” and gifted my 1st mobile DJ Setup. Began DJ’ing coffee shops for Tips in 1998. Started full time DJ’ing at the age of 21. Had been a successful mobile DJ from 1999-2020 until the COVID-19 pandemic all but put us out of business.
Began as a Part Time DJ for Toledo FM Radio (Toledo Ohio). I excelled and quickly progressed to executive producer, then to Producer. Ended up starting Outlaw Alliance Radio on Periscope.TV until the platform was bought out by Twitter (Now Known as X). Did a few months streaming on Live365 but had no monetary gain for the high cost of the platform. Co-Founder of The Outlaw Alliance of America. A nationwide DJ Alliance. We do not compete, we share resources, offer free Gear Lending, so none of our members will be without their show. We will lend extra gear until our member can afford repairs or replacement.
DJ’ing has been my full time career since 2002. I am mostly an open format DJ, my strong suites are Oldies, Rock, Country, Pop & Hip-Hop, Oldschool, Throwbacks & RNB. No to great with Rap Music lol.
I am very tech savvy. I can fix almost any technology. I am a one man production crew. I take care of all the graphics design, special effects production. I have produced music videos for John Rowley, Matt. J Chase, Kentucky Music Mafia, King Kling, Rodeo Clown Cowboy, Gallaher’s Green, SPOCK, pMad, and most, and most Notably, and most recently Joan Jett & Michael Caruso for Paramount+ Star Trek Day 2024. I am currently working with Video Production for the Bright All Star Band.
